“1. New Year Goal Vision Board

It’s widely recognized that goal setting (planning) is an integral part of mental health service delivery and important in supporting the recovery of adults with a disability. Creating a decorative visual collage for your personal space serves as a daily reminder of your practical written goals.

2. Physical Health and Fitness Vision Board

The Mental Health Foundation finds physical activity to positively impact our mood, stress levels, self-esteem, and cognitive decline (in older people) and also reduce depression and anxiety. You can always set goals you think you can achieve and then modify them as the year goes by and you understand more what you are capable of. You set the standard.

3. Law of Attraction Vision Board

Law of Attraction - It’s founded on harnessing the power of positive thinking to manifest what you want from life — and for the right reasons.

4. Work and Career Prosperity Board Vision boards

— physical or digital — could be a simple start to making a greater work-life balance your reality in 2023. Maybe you want to get a promotion to give you greater financial freedom. Or perhaps you’d like a career change that allows you to do something you love — that doesn’t even feel like working. Taking actionable steps can help get you there.

5. Wealth and Money Fulfilment Board

Wealth doesn’t always need to mean having a lot of money and material possessions. Mindset plays a fundamental part in your everyday beliefs. Having a scarcity mentality can sometimes trick you into thinking you have a lot less than you actually do. Although money doesn’t buy happiness, it does allow you to experience what life has to offer without having to struggle. A wealth and money fulfilment board can be a useful tool to redirect your mind to what you actually want to strive toward.

6. Love and Relationships Vision Board

As the Mental Health Foundation points out, relationships help us stay physically and mentally healthy. Socially connected people are happier, physically healthier, and live longer. They also have fewer mental health problems than those who aren’t as much. Vision boards like this can be an enjoyable way of bringing awareness to exactly what you’re looking for in a partner and form the first step on your journey to seeking them out.

7. Positive Affirmations Vision Board

The science behind the benefits of stating intentional affirmations to ourselves is undeniable. It’s been found to help improve problem-solving under stress, raise the likelihood of academic achievements. Most importantly, stating positive affirmations that align with our mental health can help reiterate our personal strengths when all we want to do is doubt them."

I'm still exploring more on how to create one hehe, they are so chic and I've heard from many people that it's effective to make a Vision board for self, and actually committing to the SMART goals. Thankyou for sharing, Joy! 💜
