9 Drinks That Help You Sleep
A good night’s rest is often overlooked as an important component of health. Experts recommend that adults aged 18–60 get at least 7–9 hours of sleep each night. Too little or too much sleep is associated with an increased risk of depression, diabetes, heart disease, and even death. But sleeping for at least 7 full hours each night does not always come easy. Fortunately, a variety of sleep-inducing drinks can help you catch some z’s. Here are 9 drinks that may improve your sleep naturally.
1. Cherry juice
2. Chamomile tea
3. Ashwagandha tea
4. Valerian tea
5. Peppermint tea
6. Warm milk
7. Golden milk
8. Almond milk

If you continue to have trouble sleeping, speak with your healthcare provider to get to the bottom of what may be causing your sleep difficulties.

@ImpudentIncognito I understand dear. I'm suffering from insomnia myself and I have to tel you it's a very mild disorder that can be treated! Since I started using herbal drinks and melatonin I have no trouble sleeping anymore. I highly recommend it! Never forget to follow the instuctions on the supplement though! Everything will fall into place eventually <3 Thank you for sharing your thoughts!
I been having sleeping problems for awhile now and idk when yet but i might be getting marijuana gummies for beginners with the CBD oil cuz i herad it does help with sleep, depression and etc
@intuitiveBalloon7948 Not sure about that but I believe it can be very beneficial to try! What's for sure is that CBD protects the brain cells from cognitive decline so I highly recommend it as a supplement. It's very much backed by research and safe to use. Don't hesitate to tell me how it worked for you! Thank you for sharing <3

I try not to drink before bedtime because I end up having wake up and use the restroom, but I love the smell of chamomile tea! I have this lotion scented like it which I use as aromatherapy to help me sleep.
