I'm unsure of the exact name lol, but there's these high frequency, meditative music on youtube that's quite calming, it's just random beats and music, nothing else. Alsooo sound of rain, birds chirping etc are pretty cool. So grateful for technology!🥰

Ooo sounds similar to what I like to listen to when I study. That or Lo-fi music! Also, birds chirping is amazing! I've been seeing so many studies/articles recently about how bird chirping helps with anxiety! Interesting! 💜
