“Some potential benefits of smiling are-

Improved mood

Smiling can help to improve your mood by releasing endorphins and other feel-good chemicals in the brain. This can help to reduce stress and increase feelings of happiness and well-being.

Increased attractiveness

Smiling is often perceived as a sign of friendliness and approachability, which can make you more attractive to others.

Better social connections

Smiling can help to facilitate social connections and build relationships with others. When you smile at someone, you are sending a nonverbal message of goodwill and openness, which can encourage them to approach and interact with you.

Better physical health

Smiling has been linked to a number of physical health benefits, including lower blood pressure, improved immune function, and reduced stress.

Increased longevity

Some research has suggested that people who smile more often may have a longer lifespan, possibly due to the health benefits mentioned above.

Smiling can be a simple but powerful way to improve your mood, build social connections, and potentially even enhance your physical and mental health”

Smiling has so many benefits indeed. So many things make me smile, like seeing my loved ones happy, seeing babies do their baby-like stuff lol, hearing babies giggle, movies, shows, memes, jokes, thinking of random funny and/ or sweeet things, kind acts and kind people, favorite food and favorite people, posts like this one etc! 🥰

Favorite smile emoji:😄

How about you, Joy?💜

Sun if you don’t have children already, I think you may need to. There’s quite the pattern here lol! I get it though, I think I have baby fever as well lately haha.

I love watching stand up specials! They always help lift my mood.

That’s a classic emoji! Mine is: 😊😸

What makes you smile? What is your favorite smiling emoji?

What makes me smile is knowing that my friends and co-workers are having a better day and enjoying life for what it is. Seeing the world in a positive way and passing that feeling of positivity along to others.

I love: 😷😋😊☺️

@xandia

Awhh that’s so sweet! Yay for spreading positivity. It definitely is infectious!

The mask emoji has me giggling. It reminds me of wearing one and going out in public and smiling at everyone but then realizing they can’t see me. Lol. 😝
