World Mental Health Day: Message(s) for the Community
Hi everyone,
World Mental Health Day is a great occasion to check-in with us and others about their wellbeing.
Share one supportive message you would want someone else in the community to find if they were feeling lost.
Here is mines, in the style of a message in a bottle!

❤️ ”Feeling lost isn’t all bad…it means you need to find your new path” ❤️🌹
Hope my post is not too late!
Someone once told me, "Being able to live your dream, makes you the coolest person."
A little background info about me, for someone that has struggled with depression for 20+ years, and finally made a career change and given the opportunity to fulfill a dream career position, starting next year. It felt assuring that person said that to me. The phrase sounds better in my language, but I translated it to English in the best way that I could.
@SoulfullyAButterfly Things in life happen but everything is bad not everything is God. Take everything with a grain of salt, learn from it and allow it to help you grow. Most of all always find reason to smile, fill your heart with joy and enjoy all the beauty that’s out in our world given to us for free to enjoy and appreciate knowing that we are apart of all that beauty.
know I’m a little late, but I wanted to share this 🌸
If you’re reading this, I want you to know that you’re not alone. Sometimes life feels heavy and confusing, and it’s okay to feel that way. You don’t have to have all the answers today, or be okay all the time. Take a deep breath, give yourself time, and allow yourself to feel whatever you need to feel.
Remember that every small step counts, even if it seems insignificant. Your worth doesn’t depend on what others think or what you accomplish, but on the fact that you keep going, day after day.
There are people who want to listen, even when it seems like no one is there. You deserve care, understanding, and moments of peace. Believe in yourself, because you are stronger than you think, and even when things feel hard, there is always light waiting for you 💛
