To ensure the spotlight is a safe and constructive space for everyone, please keep the following guidelines in mind for your submissions:

Genuine & Constructive! Whether your post is informative, motivational, or just for fun, it should come from a genuine place and aim to add something positive to the community. We want to hear your unique voice and perspective.

Inform, Inspire, or Entertain! We're looking for all kinds of content! This could be a post explaining a psychological concept you find helpful, a list of your favorite self-care activities, a motivational quote and what it means to you, or even a fun, lighthearted post to get people interacting.

Follow Community Guidelines! All submissions must abide by the 7 Cups Community Guidelines. This is our top priority for keeping everyone safe.

AI Usage: A Tool, Not a Ghostwriter! We understand that AI can be a helpful tool, but please credit AI use. If you used an AI assistant (like ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) for ideas or editing, please mention it at the end of your post. (“This post was written with a little AI assistance”), The core message, ideas, and insights must be your own. Submissions generated entirely by AI will not be considered.
