It's not easy at all. We cannot just flick a switch and hey presto, we are fine. We feel what we feel and pretending is no good and being happy clappy is not realistic. But it's about reaching out and saying, I'm not good today. I get you, our minds can play tricks convincing us we are not good enough but you are, you make a difference to me here in this community all the time. You make me feel heard, seen, you make me laugh, you laugh at my jokes, you brighten up my day 💜 so I've got your back 🥰

But it's our past which makes us who we are in the present so if past experiences were hard and not good then our present version will suffer
