Community Ambassador - Are you a mentor leader interested in becoming an ambassador?

Hi everyone, I hope you all are well. These are exciting times in the community, we are more focused than ever on meeting our community needs by introducing projects, relaunching teams, hosting meetings, etc. While all this is super exciting, it does mean that these initiatives require the time and efforts of the admins, ambassadors, and other leaders of our community.

To continue to meet our community demands, we are looking to recruit a new ambassador that will primarily focus on meeting community need and working closely with admins

The community ambassador will not have one focus, they will not belong to any specific team or project within our community. However, the community amb will closely work with the admin team to meet community demand. This can mean, help us launch new projects, step in, and provide support if another track�s amb is on a break, pitch in where their help is needed most. �

Some qualities we are looking for:

❏ Consistency, it is important that the ambassador can consistently work on the items assigned

❏ �A balance between Independence and teamwork, for you to succeed in this role, you need a certain level of autonomy so you can work on turning an idea into reality but at the same time, strong collaboration skills so all those involved can feel heard. �

❏ �Ability and willingness to track statistics, maintain documents, set and achieve measurable goals

❏ �Good communication skills, the ambassador will be expected to keep in touch with the admin team and provide weekly/bi-weekly reports of the work done. �

Who can apply?

Since this role is not �track or team related, any mentor leader from any team/track can apply. However, you must be one for at least 3 months before applying. You must be an ATL and No behavior reports in the past 6 months. �
