Red: Joining 7 Cups 🫖 and Discovering 🔍 It:

✨ Let's start at the beginning of your journey 🙏

How did you first come across 7 Cups and what motivated you to join this platform as a listener and as a member? 🤔

Capana 🎸: My journey started more than 1,5 years ago. I’ve been going through a rough time and was looking for support. I found 7 Cups and didn’t really hesitate. I joined this community as a member but little did I know how outstanding this place is. Pretty recently something in my reality reminded me of it and I decided to come back. Not that much time I needed to finally realize that this site is much more than just mental health support. Inclusiveness of Cups and all the open hearts of both members and listeners I've met got me. I just wanted to be part of this community 😊

Red: Discovering a platform like 7 Cups often sparks curiosity. Could you share the initial experiences or interactions that solidified your decision to become an active listener and support others emotionally? 🤔

Capana 🎤: When I’ve got active again as a member, during one of my group chats someone told me that I have this “listener vibe”. It got stuck in my mind. I’ve always wanted to help others in any possible way and that was the time when I said to myself “Ania, that’s it! Now you can do it!”. And so I did it 😄

Red: 🎤 Singing and Music 🎶:

Your singing voice is truly captivating. Could you share a bit about your musical journey and how you discovered your remarkable talent for singing? 🤔

Capana 🎉: Thank you! 🤭 Music has always accompanied me. My father is a talented guitarist and he always has been singing me to sleep, when I was a kid. I admired him and I’ve always wanted to be like him. Already at the age of 7 I knew that I wanted to work as a musician in the future, specifically as a singer. My dad taught me to play the guitar a bit, and I started singing on my own. And by that I mean all the time and everywhere 😂 Sometimes people had and still have enough of it, but what can I do, I'm addicted to singing 😬 After I graduated from highschool I just knew what path I need to choose, so I started studying music education at university. And here I am, just about to start my first music related job 🙆🏻‍♀️🎵

Red: Pursuing a degree in music is a significant commitment. What aspects of music education inspire you the most and how do you balance academic rigor with creative expression? 🤔

Capana 🎹: For me it’s still unthinkable that one day I may become an inspiration for another kid to fight for their dreams of becoming a musician. But that’s the role of a teacher, isn’t it? Doesn’t really matter if I will teach at school or become a vocal coach. I want to be this kind of person who’ll show these young people that dreams are achievable. Also, I guess I don’t really see academic rigor as something that blocks me from creativity. I’d rather say it’s an opportunity for me to learn how to express my creativity ✨

Red: Musical genres can be diverse and expansive. Are there any genres you haven't explored yet but are curious to incorporate into your repertoire and what draws you to those genres? 🤔

Capana 🎶: As a teenager all I wanted was to sing rock. Now I know it’s not only about what I want, but also my capabilities. At my graduation concert I sang a folklore song for the very first time. I didn’t know I could handle that, but it turned out to be fun! I love folklore thanks to my beloved grandma, so I think that’s something I could, and will go for 🤗

Red: Life Philosophy and Reflections 🙏:

How does or how will your music serve as a medium for exploring and sharing your personal philosophy and insights about the world around you? 🤔

Capana 🧑‍🎤: Simple word, lyrics 😊 In addition to such an important and emotional thing as music, words also play a huge role. Every lyrics that I write is a great lesson for me. It helps me open my mind and actually understand myself and the world around me. I'm still learning the ability to convey my thoughts with words, so others can not only understand my point of view or get to know my story, but maybe take something from it as well.

Red: Perspectives on happiness vary greatly. In your opinion, is happiness a destination or a journey and how do you maintain a sense of contentment amid life's fluctuations? 🤔

Capana 😄: Once you achieve happiness for good what else you have to fight for in your life? For me happiness is a journey. Sometimes your train is delayed. Or canceled. You need to find another one, but at the end you’ll manage to get where you want. Although it’s just a temporary destination. There are a lot of beautiful places to visit. You can’t just stop yourself from growing. Every single destination, every dream, even the smallest one, is my reason to keep my head up and go ahead no matter what fate brings me. That’s how I see it 😊

Red: How do you extend the knowledge and awareness you've acquired through 7Cups to help others in your day-to-day interactions and real-life scenarios? 🤔

Capana 🎵: First thing that comes to my mind - I’ve learnt not to judge anyone no matter what story hides behind them. I never know what kind of battle is someone fighting in their head. It’s easy to judge, but harder to understand. Now I know that I don’t have to be a good advisor to be able to show my support and concern. Sometimes my ear, my time and presence is just enough to make someone feel important. And the truth is, everyone is important 💜

@Fristo nice post frosty💙

@Capana4u Hey Cappyyy🐧🧸🍫

You are a great musician and that's so cute how your dad inspired you to become one🦋💙I absolutely loved your song in the Positivity Corner room! Your talent is truly inspiring and your voice is so powerful🐧🤗. It's so cool that we both enjoy folklore too! 🎶

I wanted to let you know that I admire you even more after hearing what you shared with us today. Your kindness, inclusivity, and respect for others really shines through. You truly give off those "listener vibes" that I appreciate so much. 😊😀💜🌸 And I admire your vision✨💫

Your perspective on happiness really resonated with me. I agree that "happiness is a journey, and sometimes there are delays or even cancellations along the way". But we always manage to find another train and keep moving forward. I liked how you stated that: "Each destination, each dream, no matter how big or small, gives us a reason to keep our heads up and keep going. It's all about embracing the beautiful places to visit and never stopping ourselves from growing.🦋💙🌸

Thank you for sharing your wisdom and positivity. You're an amazing person, and I'm grateful to have you around here capppyy🐧💜. Keep being awesome! 🌟

It's so wonderful to get to know you a little more through this interview, Cappy. It's so inspiring to hear about your journey as a musician, it might feel like you're only beginning now, but if we see it, you began as a kid and knew it at 7 and that's biiig, how far you've come ever since. Good wishes for your journey ahead, I hope everyone gets to absorb what you wish to convey and feel your music.

Thank you for being a part of 7 cups and being so you, it's lovely to see you around always! 💗
