One of my first priorities is to update our app and really ensure that we are well prepared to support many more as we grow.
@MerlineSaintil yay!!! it's amazing that you are prioritizing the app, it can sometimes get confusing as the community develops and grows so it will be amazing to see it be updated and more adapted to our larger community!

I recognize that you are coming from an IT background so naturally your inclination is to support the business and see it grow from that end. The reason I find this disappointing is because I feel there is a lot of work to be done on the product that 7cups is selling. The quality on this website continues to diminish at an alarming rate which can be seen from various forum post discussions, especially recently. Do you have any plans to develop the product (quality of listeners, etc) as well as the technology that is used to host it?

Great questions...but answer a couple of them:
- My greatest achievement is raising a confident 13-years old girl who has great values and a strong work ethic.
- I look up to my mom who raised the five of us (I am the oldest) on very little... it continues to impress me til this day.

i was soooo disappointed to miss your Meet and Greet~! (personal business ran overtime.)
i was hoping to ask if someone could change the Listeners' window so that Members' Average Wait Time' could be changed to 'Members' LONGEST Wait Time'~! because, thinking someone has only been waiting 1 1/2 minutes is not as compelling as seeing that someone has been waiting 23 minutes~!
