Effort -makes all the difference, it comes from willingness, it can come from and also become a passion, for some who are unequipped in supporting -this is the one thing that allows their care and compassion to be felt, until it transforms into a burst of energy for a person to keep learning, to be more patient, to be understanding. It's the one ingredient that people often seem to lack, and it's also the top-most ingredient that is usually taken for granted....
Perspective - like they say, we aren't limited by our experience, even. We keep learning. Putting ourselves in other's situation, yet never assuming or presuming to know how it is exactly... Perspective makes us more open. It makes us more considerate and compassionate. It allows us to see, to feel and understand better.
Hmmm, I like transformative , and maybe fearless? Because sitting with people who are in a negative space, whoare voicingpain, discomfort, unhappiness is actually quite a courageous thing to do, it's frequentlydifficult and unnerving. A lot of the members and listenersI have met here i think have a fearless heart.
