I have been suffering from anxiety and depression for over 10 years. I spend most of my time in my apartment, I have no friends. I am lonely, I feel like I am in so deep I can't get out. I have social anxiety and am not getting the help I keep asking for. I am stuck and don't know what steps to take to heal. I hope I can find help here.
