In comunist times there were "duty free shops" for turists and in their shop windows we got glimpses of western products like toblerone, kinder eggs, sunglasses...
One of my little childhood friends when she found smth in her attic we would ask her: where do you have tge sandals from, where do you have tge glasses from? She with answer with her little nose up: from she shop! 😁😁😁
