any tips to avoid playing a part in the provocation?
at times when the outside world is too overpowering and constant about something about us… it’s difficult to not- believe in it too

I really agree to what you said. It's really impossible if you are involved in the world without a very stable inner core. So the only way, as far as I see, is to work on that stable core, so that the outer storms don't ruffle you.
