It can be a challenge juggling but writing can be fun too. I would just prioritise the necessary responsibilities earlier in the day and either leave it for the weekends or evenings, when you need a break or are relaxing with more time on your hands.

The issue with writing I found, is that, once you're in the groove, it's dissatisfying to stop being creative, so if you've given yourself an hour and only in the last 20mins are you writing, it's hard to stop.

Hopefully you'll find a good balance for everything :) Oh and places like wattpad gave me structure but I also saved it elsewhere, just in case one of them got corrupted :)

Hello Irlly, wassup? How you feeling today? Good I hope?
It looks like you've got your hands full. Operationally speaking the simple answer might be something like divide up what time you have between your commitments and your desires/wants/hobbies etc.

Perhaps making a "Daily Routine" might help. For example, you have your studies which, if I may suggest, are the most important thing you have to do. Then you have your art and now you want to incorporate writing.

One possible method might be to look at the available hours in your day. Let's say, for example, out of twenty-four hours in a day you need to commit 8 hours (min) for healthy sleep, you need to eat and do personal self-care. How many hours does that leave? Next look at studies and homework, how many hours a day are you at school/college prep and how many hours do you need to devote to those activities.

You will probably find, I would suggest, that you may have 3 to 4 hours spare time in any given day.
So, we have seven days in the week and you have 3-4 hours spare per day. That's 21 - 28 hours spare. Divide that in half, 50% to your Art and 50% to your writing. It would probably be a good idea to devote specific days to specific hobbies, say Monday, Wednesday and Friday to your Art, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday to your writing. Keep Sunday for "self-time" Time to just "be" and relax. Give yourself some time off from everything, that, I think is important.

Sorry about the long write up, that's what I do and it works... most of the time. Good luck.
Namaste,
D.
