Yeah, I like Banksys quote who said when youre tired, learn to rest, not quit.
we can always jump back on the bike, but a cowboy knows the saying as well, based on wisdom, when people say, what do you do when you fall off a horse? Get back on. But a cowboy knows if you don’t get back on as quick as possible. That horse might take off and you’d be stranded.
So I agree we should rest, but not too much.

Since we have been in touch here at 7cup as members a little bit, I will tell a bit of my self. I'm an 69 years old woman, living in the fantastic country of Norway, at the west-side - a city called Bergen. I have never been married and have no children, living by myself. That's very good for me because I have a sickness called ME (Myalgic encephalomyelitis - little energy). I (because of lack of energy) can not walk outside my wonderful flat, but I can walk in my house and to my terrasse-garden. My greatest helper is God. That's all about me.
