Frustrated, anxious, and sad
Better. I'm in physical pain and I still feel like my world is falling apart, but I feel loads better than I did yesterday. I woke up feeling like I might enjoy myself. Right now I'm working on a personalized name card for my work and I think that has given me more joy than anything else in the past couple of days.
