Any advice on what to do?

My gf left me, and we spoke for 5.5 hours in person in my car. She told me she hates how my parents treat me and stuff and how there's so much between us atm(school work family etc). She tells me "you know that line? 'Right person, wrong time'?"........ And then later in the convo when I ask if we will ever get back together after I'm done with school in a few months she says "no" and when I ask her "so you basically never want to be together again?"....she just looks at me sad and says "Yeah." I'm getting therapy at my college but what do I do, she tells me "right person wrong time" but then tells me she never wants to be together again and just wants to be friends I told her I can't be her friend. She cried when I said that and when I showed her the bday card I got her. She said "I don't want to lose you in my life" but I can't be friends with her and pretend I'm not crazy about her...she's my world....and I'm almost done with school and will actually be able to take her out on dates and stuff..... So which one is it? "Right person wrong time?" Or she never wants to be together again? I broke down in the car and she kissed me and hugged me, but idk what she means, but we are broken up and idk what to do or how to react She is my eveything and she doesn't see that, she says I have a avoidant attachment and that I'm "Too independent", I'm scared to open up to her because she has stuff going on with her own family and is trying to get into school and I don't want to burden her with my problems and take away her focus from her goals because of me....but she says that's what pushed her away........I thought I was making the mature decision by waiting to tell her how I feel about things bothering me until her problems are over....but she says thats what ruined us.... So is it right person wrong time, or does she never want to get back together? Before she left my car she asked if I wanted to "keep the card" I got her, like she just didn't care and was so cold about it and kept checking her watch because she was gonna go see a friend and I felt like I was being pitied. She walked to her car and when she drove away, I made sure she drove out of sight....i cried for about 30 seconds before I screamed like I never have before in my life....I love her with all my heart

She also gave me a list of what she doesn't like I do or say, if you want the list I could just copy and paste what she wrote for context

But yeah what do I do. What does she mean? I need help

@toughPapaya1551 Sorry bro, that sucks. In my experience, puzzling over the stated “reasons” will not help. I suspect they are more confused babble if not outright excuses. It may be best to turn away and don’t look back. If there is any there, there, she’ll realize she misses you and she will try to get you back. Life is short, grieve but then get on with it. Best of luck.

@toughPapaya1551 I wouldn’t reach out at all. Ever. That is, if you want her back as a girlfriend. Leave it up to her to contact you. And if she does, be friendly but busy with your own life. She put herself into the friend zone, not you. Look, at this point she knows you would run backwards naked over hot coals, through a dense cactus patch and up and down Mt. Everest get her back. If instead, she sees you are putting all of that energy somewhere else and if she suspects you’re attention is potentially captured by someone else, then she’ll start to miss you.

This could be the worst advice in the world. Get a second or third opinion for sure.
