Anybody else dealt with a Narcissist before ?

Just did the letting go part recently but now I’m stuck in the “What Now” phase what could I possibly do now ?

Yep, my friends have told me to try going on dates and stuff but i’m stuck in a fear of a repeat and it’s left me in the “what now?” stage where I know i’m over him, but because of him I’m not doing things that aren’t inherently bad
