He did something which he should have not , i forgave him .....twice ! But after that he started avoiding me and got me to a level that i felt that j am pleading for his attention ........we broke off .....but now i feel miserable and want him back in my life ........what should I do

You should not let him in again. Whatever he did… if he was apologetic about it.. ready to make you feel and work towards building the relationship.. it would have been a different story the. But the fact that is the one who is avoiding in this situation, shows he is not affected by how you must be feeling and of course he is jot apologetic.
it might seem tough right now, but the best decision would be to let him go. You deserve better.
