Heartbreaks are always there as they are a part of life. It doesn't make it hurt any less so here's some support for people with a broken heart

@anchoredwithhope you don't know how badly i needed to read these. I'm teribile with my break up i'm doing all the don'ts lol and i'm now embarassed.. hhahaha i've begged him 1000000 times to forgive me and texted him 999 times LOL..... sheesh i've been doing it all wrong.
@pinkSummer7920 There is actually no right or wrong way, these are guidelines but they may not work for everyone as we all deal with things differently. You don't need to feel emarrassed dear. I really am sorry that you're heartbroken. We will get through this It's best to take the information and see what works well with you.

I hurt him and we both still have feelings but he's seeing someone. We're trying to be friends but his feelings for me conflict with her and he feels he can't trust me. I am in love with him. He used to be in love with me. Today he told me being friends is too hard.

Breakups can be so tough if you are feeling alone. Just know that you're not alone, you always have us listeners and the 7 cups community to talk to about how you feel, no judgment ever, garunteed :)
That's absolutely horrible honey and sorry that happend to you knows how it feels. Hey if want to talk to me feel welcome to as I have a girlfriend that did and it was the most painful thing.

@anchoredwithhope It's so true. They don't change. Even if you are surprized they tell you what they did wrong and they are RIGHT... they just do it to see if they can hook you back in. It's a game. Stay away... you broke up for a reason!
