Broke up because I was too selfish
My girlfriend broke up with me because she thought I not value her enough. Even though I am focusing myself to develop my career and saving for our marriage, she thought I did not appreciate her. We were hurting each other in the end of our relationship. Even she said that not giving her enough attention. I admit, I was wrong at the time, but the way she said it, its makes me really hurt. I just asked some forgiveness when she said those things. But as a young adult who still developed my career for better future for both of us, it really hurt when she did not acknowledge my sacrifice for her. Even I have saving money to buy ourselves a house and to prepare our marriage.Now, she does not want to see my face or hear my voice, What should I do?

yes ...............you may have had a reason and building a career and saving up money was a good thing........ but you did not share that with her or if you did............ she did not value your work like you expected...... she had needs that were not being met.
communication is a big issue .....
when i feel alone or unappreciated .......... i am not analyzing what partner is doing instead ..........or if i think that is a reasonable excuse .......... and i am not appreciating partner in return.
you feel hurt much like she did or does ......... if you want a relationship to work connect and decide together ............not i am doing this for us ........so you need to give a pass does not seem to be working
