Dealing with worry, abandonment, and stress
Wife left 1 week ago, leaving me alone with all the responsibilities of the house, the yard, the pets, the chores, etc. I am overwhelmed with a feeling of being abandoned, paired with the stress and anxiety of, "how do I take care of all these responsibilities, alone, with a full-time job?".
I live several states away from all my family and friends. I need to start working on the things that are wrong with me, and I'm worried I'll be stretched too thin just taking care of the 'basic' responsibilities and chores now that I am left with them alone. I'm worried that I will lose one thing, then another, and another and wind up losing everything I've worked so hard for over the last 15 years.
Anyone gone through this that can offer advice?

Take a deep breath and give yourself a break ....... you may not be able to do all with ease at first or maybe even in the way they have been done but you will find your stride and your routine through trial and error.
@adventurousKite859 I have not gone through this myself but I do understand how stressful and overwhelming all of that must be. Especially having to take care of everyday responsibilities. If unable to pay for support in the areas of house cleaning, yard work, and pet care, it may be helpful to use the time you have to do these chores as opportunities to practice mindfulness and take a break from thinking about all these things. Be immersed in the moment of doing these tasks to give your mind a break. It takes practice to do that but it does help, I 100% know this to be true.
@adventurousKite859 i am sorry to hear that. Although i have never been in that situation i guess it is extremely hard to do everything. But don’t worry. Take a deep breath and start. People are here for you.
