I understand this is a hard situation to be in.

What I’d like you to ask yourself before you ask to have a deep sit down conversation with her is what behaviours have you changed and why?

You can look at the situation and resent her for leaving but she’s stated the issue and even you have said you’ve done your wrongs.

Do a deep dive and ask yourself what we’re you like in the beginning that has changed. Ask yourself why you changed and when that change happened. It will help her understand her feelings and point of view.

After you can try to sit down with her and ask what specifically and see if they match up. Do not be defensive and try spin it back onto her, don’t try to undermine her reasoning for how she feels just understand.

I’ve been in your wife’s position where someone you love becomes someone you don’t even like to be around due to them changing.

The next and the most important step is to change the negatives. You would see how it affects you, someone you’ve made a commitment to love and also the life you’ve brought into the world.

I hope it gets better and whatever the outcome you can both heal.

@Imaloner201

If she has walked away and not wanting or willing to talk perhaps it is she changed.....not you..

All people change and in a relationship and most need to work together in those changes.......sometimes partners change at different pace or time as the other partner.

what you have written here .....on what she said "you changed" no discussion needed ... sounds like a generic excuse she is hoping you will accept without discussion. like declining a invitation saying not feeling well could be real or fake but generic that so people do not ask Oh whats wrong or dig deeper....

Did you change / are you going through something like a depression or something ..?

i think you deserve a real conversation ......... about where both of you are in changing.
