Dumped week of 6 month anniversary
I know its cheesy to say this but i genuinely felt she was the one for me and she said similarly many times. I was planning to visit her after i got off of work on 9/23 to celebrate our anniversary. I was planning this for 2 weeks and she knew it and she called me on the 18th to say its over. I cant stop thinking about her especially as the time gets closer to when i should be going to see her and it just hurts. Im shaking and unable to eat. Just threw up. Unable to sleep for long because when i do she just shows up in my dreams. Hard to focus on work because it reminds me of our time in lab together back in school. Im not in a good place rn
@anonyEyes1011 breakups suck I'm so sorry :( *offers hugs
you're allowed your time to process the situation and allow your feelings to be , it never is easy and might seem like the end of the world but you're not alone and it will soon pass, this sinking feeling you have that too, hang in tight <3
here if you wanna talk (when you're ready)
Thank you. Its just really hard on me because this one felt different. It felt special and precious and like i actually the one for me and now its all gone. I reached out to her against the advise of family to ask for another chance and she just left me on read. I know i should just accept its over and move on and not contact her but i cant bring myself to do it. I cant let her go and i feel awful
Breakups are one of the worst pain I know how you feel . Your feelings are valid and your allowed time to take care of yourself as well. Sometimes we think we found the one but God will close that door and give you the right person one day. They say if they love you they will never leave they'll find a way to come back if they dont then their not the right person. Its important to express your emotions tho and talking to someone will help you feel better . We here to comfort you and support you ๐I hope things get better for you and remember to take care of your mental heath. ๐Is there anything we can do to help?
@anonyEyes1011 I get it is hard for you and it is so sudden too, your allowed to take your time to accept and let go when you're ready to <3
Do you have some friends or someone you can talk to or spend time with these days? it may help to be with some company :)
we are also here with you virtually
@anonyEyes1011,
I feel you.
Breakups are tough, especially when you don't see it coming. She made her decision quite some time ago, for whatever reason. And the reason actually is irrelevant
What is relevant that you are capable of loving. What worked for me is mindfulness, focusing on breathing whenever I get emotional (my wife broke up with me after 8 years, tomorrow is my birthday and I realized she won't invite me to go for coffee and yes, she deeply loves me but things happened that she, being sensitive and emotional, couldn't cope with, things she contributed to herself too).
So I bring all the love I feel for her (we are soulmates) to me. And that helps, helps to accept and love myself more.
Take all the time you need to grieve and heal. Love yourself, and love will come your way when you don't expect it to. Don't chase for love, just be self.
