Fight over friends

Hey guys, so I had a big problem with my ex. We had constant fights over the females he chose to talk to because I didnt feel comfortable with him talking to them. This stemmed from the fact that he has cheated on me before. We tried to reconnect and start over but when I had a problem with one of the females he talked to, he got mad because he said shes just a friend a wont be anything else. Hes spent the night by her house and has constantly hung out with her even on days when we were supposed to hang out. While he has done this, nothing has happened though. Yet I still cannot be comfortable with her if we do chose to keep repatching. Am I in the wrong for being jealous or is he in the wrong for not taking my feelings into consideration?

He was wrong for cheating on you and that has led to you feeling jealous and concerned about him cheating again. His actions have brought this onto you and himself. Staying in a relationship where these is no trust, where you're pulling your hair out wondering when he'll cheat again is no good for yourself and your mental health. There are men out there who would never cheat on you so spending time on someone who can't be faithful, in my opinion, is not worth it. If you want this relationship to work though, he will have to put more effort into reassuring you but it doesn't seem like he is doing that.
