Financial question during divorce

My father in laws wife pays for my phone through her plan I was wondering if I legally have to pay her the money to pay off the phone or can I tell them to pound sand?

I don't know the law and regulation where you are, but in my humble opinion, logically it should be something that you don't have to pay back but you can if you want.
