Girlfriend might dump me tonight

My girlfriend and I got into an argument around 6 months in due to me being a bit insensitive without thinking. I deeply regret my mistake and she has forgiven me for them. Before departing for our summer break we agreed to go our separate ways temporarily to try work on each of our self improvements as individuals and then come back after the summer to do an almost diagnostic check in to see where we’re at. We agreed if we are both okay then we can go back slowly to being a happy healthy couple again, if one or both of us still needs more time then we both will wait till the other is ready; a mutual agreement.

But just today I received a message saying she wanted to talk and tell me some stuff. I asked her if everything was alright and was happy to talk, she responded with shes not really sure to be honest she just needs to tell me some stuff.

I am really afraid that the hammer might be brought down on me today and I’ll lose her for good before we even come back to meet after summer seeing as summer isn't over just yet. I don’t know what to do and am so scared of losing her.
