Got broken up with after 3 years, have been feeling left physically and mentaly broken ever since.

well i was with a girl for 3 years, the last time i saw her was on valentines, after that school break was on, so she went to egypt, i waited for almost a week for her to get back, but she broke up with me 2 days before she got back, i also discovered i was codependent. And i blame myself for the breakup because of that, since she said she just wanted to be alone. Now for the past 3 months and a half ive just woken up, just to wait to go back to sleep, since thats the only time i dont constantly think about her.
