Seeing an ex moving on is one of the most painful things after a heartbreak. I can really empathise with what you are going through.
Dating someone new does not mean that your 3 years together were easy to forget. It simply means that she is trying to move on and is trying not to dwell on the past. You have no idea of what she is actually going through.
Perhaps this is a sign for you to try moving on in your own way. Obviously it is incredibly hard and will take time..

Hey there, hopefully you are doing well. There's a few things I would like to point out;
Weve been broken up for close to three months now. I dont know if that time is too soon or not but Im really bothered that my ex-girlfriend seems to have found someone new now. (I don't know who did the breakup first, but if she did the breakup first then it's going to make you feel powerless and rejected because she initiated it, so the one who invested more is the one who takes longer to heal. The fact she met someone new it's triggering rejection, hurt, thoughts of not caring about you and feelings of being easily replaced.) Some foreign guy. I didnt get any confirmation about this news yet. I just saw this mutual friend of ours sharing an Insta story that had my ex-girlfriend on it. (I suggest you stay off social media until you fully heal because it's going to hurt you what she does and sometimes social media can be quite misleading.) She was cheering on someone on the first story and on the next they were looking cozy with that someone while having coffee post run. (This is definetly going to hurt...it'll make you feel as she breakup with you yesterday. It's bad idea to check her story because it'll tell her you are still waiting and on the hook) I dont recognize that someone as a part of her circle of friends. Thats why I assumed it could be her new beau. (Social media can be quite misleading, we don't know who the guy is, so going based of assumption will only hurt you) Im really heartbroken seeing her move on that quick. (I can tell you are still on the hurt phase, while she is probably on the healing, so it's going to make you think about how she is "move on" so quickly while you are still going through so much hurt) Was our 3 years really that easy to forget? (You never forget someone or a long term relationship, however I can tell you experienced a lot of neglect and abandonment, so its going to make you feel like she could easily forget you or the relationship. It's very important to start tackling those past issues because they are the main cause of why you feel the way you do)
