How can I heal?

I have been married for a little over two years and things have been rocky to say the least, but I was still completely in love with my husband. I just recently found out he cheated on me a month after we were married. When I first found out I thought it was once (which he admitted to once I found a video) but then I realized it was multiple times. I told him I want a divorce but he wants a year to save money for his own place (he's never paid any of our bills). I met with a lawyer but it's way too much since he is not in agreement, and I just don't know how to cope. I can't heal with him in my house. He is already on a bunch of dating sites...but legally I can't kick him out. Any advice or words of wisdom? I'm in so much pain and just want to move on but feel like I am stuck with no out.

@sadgrievingwife

if you are going to be roommates for a year ... he needs to step up and pay half. Can you get a roommate agreement?            Start making your plans too.  if money is joint separate it.

You are your #1 priority. make it uncomfortable for him and he might agree to divorce then. He won't if you make it easy on him.

Maybe make plans and goals for where you will be in a year.  My guess is he thinks if you feel stuck, he can win you over. Once you demand the respect you deserve.  Once he sees he can not live off of your work he may move on. I know you are sad and had a way different picture of your life but this can be a situation that helps you grow and not settle in the future.
