How does one resist temptation in critical situations
Its only the 2nd day after the break up with the bf. Despite everything lies, cheating, betrayal of probably more than 100 times in two years secretely.. I still find myself thinkin of him and nearly contacted him to come see me. He tells how sorry he is but never confessed anything of what hes been doing behind my back and still wants us to be back together. I have no male friends because of him and not ready to date probably ever. I can't possibly let a liar who never tells the truth even when being caught back into my life could I
@Lulu25 - It can definitely be really hard to break those old habits and temptations to go back to the person, even if logically you know they aren't good for you. My hope for you is that now, a couple years later, that you've healed from this hurt and been able to move forward and trust others again, whether or not you're dating anyone. Best wishes to you
