Hi, I am so sorry about what has happened. I find there are a few ways that can help someone to move on. Of course having a good group of friends that can take you out and distract you helps massively but also doing things like writing the name down on a piece of paper and then ripping it up and then flushing down the toilet letting all feelings and thoughts and emotions linked to that name to be flushed away to, then breathe a deep breath and walk away. It really can help if you let it. Good luck.

Trust me, I get it, I've had the same issues moving on from people. (one girl in particular) Honestly, what helped me out the most was just talking to her less, seeing her less, and hanging out with her less. It may be tough at first, but it gets better. The feelings eventually disappear, but it will just take some time. One other thing that helps, stop looking at their social media pages. It just gets easier when you aren't talking to them or seeing what they're doing all the time.

Best of luck! :)

You're welcome! I really hope it works for you, it's a struggle, but eventually it gets better.
