I feel like my Wife doesn't love me. Like, she loves the things I do for her and that I take care of her and our children, but it feels like I have to be doing something for her to feel love.

It sounds like you're wondering if your wife loves you for *you* and not only for the relationship you share and the things you do for her and family !
Does seem a very concerning thought to have , can only imagine how upsetting it would be for you to feel the loss of love and affection in your relationship.
How do you feel about communicating these thoughts with your wife ? Perhaps it could be something she's needing to talk about also ?
