Hi,

It's an unimaginable place to be in now. I'm so sorry that you're going through this

But having been there on the other side, I know how much this stings. You need to give him some space to even accept what happened and digest it.

Just give it some time and do everything you can to say that you're sorry and how much this relationship really means to you.

Tell him he can contact you if he wants to make things work but then give him space. It’s really up to him to decide if he wants to continue and you can’t make force him to do anything. I’m the meantime try to figure out why you would cheat on someone you supposedly love? Maybe try therapy?

Hi!

First of all, sending you lots of love and strenght. I can feel your pain. I‘m pretty sure at this point the situation just needs time. I am actually at the moment in pretty much same situation. Cheated on my bf, lied but eventually told him everything. And he wanted to break up. I felt so ashamed, so worthless, I have been criticising myself big time. Having all messed up feelings. I feel like a screwup always at the moment too.

I’m sure you are so much more than just a lying cheater. And after all this, you are only a human. You are not alone. Someone here happy to talk and offer support. ✋❤️ I hope this reply will reach you.

Hi-

I’m on the other side right now. Found out just this week my husband of 7 years cheated. Knowing how I feel right now, all you can do is give each other space. It hurts. Trust me! My husband is out with friends as I’ve been sitting at home crying all day. We are currently co-living but separated. Figuring ourselves out for right now. Taking things day by day. Just from my point of view… listen to him if he comes to you. Be honest if he asks questions. Communication is key but you can’t force anything. Don’t rush anything either. It’s a lot to process when someone you love hurts you. Remember there is no right or wrong answer to anything. We are all humans. We make mistakes. If you are meant to be together it will work out but it will take work from both sides. It sucks, but I suggest trying to figure out what you need right now, separate from him. Allow him to have this time. Take a step back.

keep your head up. Timing is key.
