In a really tough situation !!

Hey y’all if anyone reads this i would be super appreciatuve of your advice/support.

My ex boyfriend broke up with me in january. (We share an apartment and 2 dogs). He moved back in and i will be moving in with him and his mom next month to save money and then we planned to get separate apartments and move to another state together. He said last week that he loves me so much but can’t be with me because he doesn’t want a relationship anymore and how can you love someone when u dont love yourself. We weren’t ruling out getting back together but insisted on staying close and still caring for eachother. We still hook up too. We both need to grow a lot but still say love you, still are best friends and get along really well. We are so so close. I also lost my family for him due to racism. So i dont have a car and rely on him. I went through his phone while sleeping and found him messaging an unknown number saying he wanted to text consistently with her and going over to someones house to hang out. I’m so heartbroken. He told he me he loved me so much just the other day! I dont know what to do because all i have is him. I’m just beyond disappointed that he’s been doing this behind my back. I’m so so upset. Please help :/
