My ex and I had been together two years in early January we split apart. I had to move back in with abusive parents and lost my pet, all my friends, and the one I loved most all in one month. I stopped doing my hobbies and pretty much just go to work then sleep. I feel miserable everyday while he seems to be doing alright. I still talk to my ex daily and I hang out when he gets the chance. When we hang out it’s amazing and he acts loving and caring but other times he acts different. There’s many mixed signals but he doesn’t like to talk about his feelings anymore..I don’t know what to do to feel better and make it so I don’t lose him all together.. he’s my best friend and the one person I care about...what do I do...

The most important thing you can do right now is to heal and love yourself. I’ve felt like I can’t lose a person because they were my everything, and then I lost them. And it felt like part of me died. The best thing I could do was take all the love I had for him and pour it into myself. I know it’s not easy to do but I believe you can. Remember that the MOST important relationship you can have is your relationship with yourself.

I’m In a similar situation so I know a bit about what your going through. I would stop Hanging out with him. At the point he probably feels like he can get you back whenever he wants because you still Need him. Start working on yourself. Hang out with people who value you. Get back into your hobbies, join a gym or something and fill Your time with things so you don’t obsess over him. Don’t reply to his messages or hang out with him all the time. You don’t need him

@dumblittlestrawberry

I think you should stay away from him and find yourself. If he is always around with you, it would be hard to move on for you.
