Is paperwork filed for divorce?
The ex states she has filed for divorce, but this has been months ago, and still have not received anything. Is this bs or is it COVID slowing it down or what could it be? Can I find a way to check to see if she has filed?
@patienttaurus91 Are you working through lawyers at all? Could you try calling the courts to see if she signed her part? Is it possible to bring it up to your ex?

Have you been served? She may have filed, but she has to have someone serve you the papers. Once you get them, she then has to file the papers saying that you've been served. You can also file yourself and get things moving forward. And I'm pretty sure you can call your local family court and find out as well. Some states/cities/etc even have a way to look it up on their website.

If you haven't been served, then she hasn't really done much of anything...
