It's been a month...
We were together for 2 years. He was my absolute best friend. We went everywhere together and loved each other so much. We had plans on getting married and everything. I was supposed to be moved in with him in July and we were supposed to be living our lives together. He just threw me away like I was nothing to him. My body aches everytime I hear his name or see something that reminds me of him. It's now 5 am and I'm still crying my eyes out, grasping on to this ugly stuffed unicorn I got and to the only bit of humanity I have left. He told me he moved on as soon as we broke up and he's now in a relationship. While I'm left behind in this horrible city with nothing but old memories and sad songs. I also have to wait another year to go to college, so I don't have much to look forward to currently. I don't have a job yet either. I'm just kind of floating. He was my reason to keep going and to keep smiling.

Dear - don't worry. It's a heartache and it's perfectly normal to feel shattered - its because you give so much of youself when ou love someone
The most important thing right now is to indulge in to doing things wher you occupy your mind - find a part time job, do voluntary work ...all of these activities will hook you up with interesting people, new friends, new dreams and new aspirations
staying in bed crying yourself out will do no more than just digging deeper in to a problem, which can cease to be a problem once you decide to do so
but you need the energy to fight with this problem from the outside - to feel grounded back. Just slap yourself in the face, look yourself in the mirror and say 'I will fight this'. Get out from your mind and from your bedroom - and go out..do something with yourself - even if you have to grab yourself 'from the hair'
it will be fine
