It's more like grieving...
To lose someone you love so much is unbearable... Especially when it's only one sided. You can literally feel the physical pain in your heart. Nothing seems the same and nothing feels like it will ever get any better. You constantly think about the what if's, if you'll ever love again or how long this pain will last for. It's a battle I've been facing every day for the past 5 months. I can't move on or even look at anybody else because my heart still belongs to her.
I feel you , the worst day of loving someone is the day you lose them , even if the pain fades theres always this hole in your heart that never seems to be filled :( i am in the same boat as you i guess
@Bubble1992 It's tough, I know. Hang in there. Trust in the process. It will get better in time.

If falling in love is boundless joy and happiness, a broken heart is utter misery and sorrow. Time didn't make sense- it was stopped at the moment I lost her. But it kept moving too; she kept moving further away from me and I was trapped in my own memory of what used to be a good thing. And then suddenly time became my friend. The memories that haunted me weren't razor sharp anymore, the edges were blurred- the pain still there but dulled. You're grieving and you want the pain to stop everyday. But you haven't realized yet what's on the other side of it all: respite from that burdensome grief. It won't hurt like this forever; it will get better.
@ShadesBluer Thank you so much for this post. I think that is the best advice I've ever been given on my situation. Normally people just say that il get over it, or it will be fine. But they don't seem to understand how hard it is. It makes so much sense and yes... Time is the only thing I have right now.
