i've been broken up
with my ex girlfriend since november
2019. she was the one who broke up
with me. we didnt really talk after
that and i havent seen her ever since.
i texted her like 2 weeks ago and
asked how she's doing. she left me
on read and didnt reply... i'm asking
myself why. i missed her all of the
time that has passed and wanted to
get back in contact… i don’t know what to do because i desperately want to talk to her and i just don’t understand why she would leave me on read.

Breakups are really painful and it takes time to recover. In your case, much time has passed.
She was the one to break up with you long time ago and she clearly moved on. You need to focus on yourself, accepting she doesn't want to be with you. You shouldn't want to be with someone who doesn't want to be with you, but trying your best to move on and to seek for love somewhere else.
I don't know what the circumstances are and why the breakup happened but it's clear you still have feelings for her. Remember you are not alone and you can work on this with a listener (or a therapist if you need and have the chance). Take care.
