My girlfriend left me

A couple years back when I was 20 I began dating a girl. I got kicked out of home one point, and her living arrangements weren't going well either, so we fell back on eachother. We were homeless for about 2-3 months and stayed together with friends as long as we could while we were trying our hardest to get our own place. She had a 4 year old daughter that luckily had the Dad to stay with while we were trying to get a house (unfortunate but nothing else she could do). After a couple of months of couch surfing, staying in hostels we were finally accepted for a small house. It wasn't the best, but we were happy. This was also our first experience living out of home. Even though it wasn't the best place, we were happy together as a little "family" (I grew to love her daughter), which we'd call eachother. Things were perfect for a long time. We did everything together. On May 24th this year my life changed. My girlfriend left with her daughter and said she would be home later that night as we had a camping trip organised. She never came home that night. After the weekend passed she finally called and told me she couldn't be with me anymore. I couldn't afford the rent alone and we lost the house together. I still haven't seen her or her daughter since they left that day. I wish I got to say goodbye. I took for granted every moment I spent with her and her daughter and our house together. Now I'm left with nothing. I even lost my cat in the process of moving out 😔
