Guys I really need some help and some input, so my partner have been on a break for almost two weeks after dating for over two years, we were living together so we've been trying to move out of our old apartment and in to separate places, however a few nights ago he drunk texted me tell me he was horny and I wasn't upset because I'm still really attracted to him and then this morning when I went over to the apartment to have a small nap (I havent been sleeping at my moms stress and everything) we ended up having sex, I don't regret it and I feel maybe that it allowed us to work out some frustration.... but I've asked him to talk but I'm terrified he's going to tell me he regrets it

Sorry to hear you feel in complex way right now. I don't think you need to feel ashamed or guilty. This happening was maybe what was gonna happen with you too being apart being on break missing each other and not knowing how to share your feelings. I would think this was your bfs way of dealing with the relationship then yours but that don't say it is right. Your bf was in the wrong doing that I know maybe he couldn't help to feel some need and want probably stressed to not sure what to do to fix this but why did you two want break was if his idea and if so why would having anything what he feels he can still benefit or think is right is a fair enough deal to make when it's going about it wrong way. It's wrong and bf should not be thinking he can make and mend the rules. A break is a break. No strings attached. He's in the wrong and whether he regrets it is on him and I he does shows he's not a proper man to be with if he's behaving this way. You don't need a guy like that. I would not reply. Give him silent treatment. Do what's gonna work for you and if he breaks up with you cuz you were not giving your time to listen to him or here his excuses he's not worth it and to move on and find someone who will give you the time and wait without having his cake when he wants. Guys think they can have what's on a plate to them. He's not learnt that and he will the hard way so best to be first one and show him your not just any girl to mess with. Self confidence, able to handle convo well, be direct and open. Have something ready to say and feel confident saying it. Believe in yourself and show assertiveness and power in your self to show self blief and valuing you. If he don't you will. Set boundaries. There's some of things would do and if you have any friends a friend to support you with your relationship troubles then don't feel afraid to ask or speak to your mum or a parent. Maybe someone who has experience in this or willing to listen or support.
