Solid points! The Annoying pain is real that if possible, we want to rip it out of our chest.
And it seems big and suffocating now but this monster always gets weaker with time as we grow stronger. Hang in there! 💜

heartbreak is never a monster.
It is you who turns it into a monster.
Yes you can be devastated, heartbroken, mourning, so allow yourself the space you need to embrace your feelings and pain.
Don't let heartbreak take over. Don't let it consume you. Don't go and get stuck in anger and hate.
Or close down, telling yourself "never again, I am gonna be cautious and will not trust and open up again, next time I will not show my vulnerability anymore". Doing so will only do damage to your true self in the long term.
And you don't deserve that.

I feel it in my chest and gut. I get headaches too. Feel it behind my eyes making me want to cry. Don’t know what color it is, but it’s definitely bigger than me, heavy, weighs me down.
