Questions after separation repair
So it’s a really long backstory, but it boils down to this question… can/should 2 people that had sex while you are separated from your spouse remain friends after you get back together with said spouse. If yes, how does the spouse get over it? If no, how does one end a friendship that was there before the marriage?

I think you are an adult ...... your marriage was on a break or separation .... was there an express no dating / sex policy during break ? ..........
does it matter if you had sex with a friend or a complete stranger ? ...... does spouse know and do they NEED to know who ? ..... do you know any thing they did on a break.?
IMO if the idea of another person it will stress the spouse regardless if friend or stranger
Do you think the sex thing was for that time and will not start up again ........ then you could keep the friendship.
