Remedy for heart break while staying friends

Soon I'm going to be going through a lot of crap with coming out to people possibly changing my name legally and other life changing stuff so I really don't want to lose him as a friend equally I'm still in love with him he doesn't think I still am and I'm trying to maintain happy friendships hanging out at his twice a week like normal and stuff it's just so hard and it hurts anyone found a quick fix for heartache or any advice at my wit's end 😥
