She Loves Me Platonically but Not Romantically
Hello all, I am currently going through a break-up where she still talks to me everyday because I am going through a tough time where my dog died exactly 30 days before she broke up with me. I’m having a really hard time coping and my anxiety is making it worse. She told me that she’s still my best friend and that she wouldn’t leave me alone, but I feel very alone right now. Hoping for advice in how to navigate the changing relationship on top of the fact that my anxiety is borderline crippling my ability to function as a “normal” human on a day to day basis.

you got to do no contact. it seems impossible and its very hard but cutting all ties with her will make your life so much better as you heal. Until then you will always be stuck in limbo with the what ifs and the what could have beens.
