Should I stick around?
My girlfriend of almost 2 years broke up with me due to me just not being there for her neither emotionally nor physically. I admit that I wasnt. She got into a 3 month relationship right after breaking up with me where we kept In contact occasionally and even had sex a few times. To make a long story short we ended up getting back together about 4 months ago but didnt know about this other guy until after we got back together.she says that she was just with him to try and get over me and used him as a distraction. When I found out about him I ended it but she cried and begged for days stating that she loves me and realized that she cannot live without me. Im having a really hard time with this. I cannot get over the fact that she was able to into a relationship with someone so quickly and I didnt find out about it until after we got back together. She said she never told me because she was afraid that I would leave her forever. Would you stick around?

Hey there, hopefully you are doing well. There's a few things I would like to point out;
My girlfriend of almost 2 years broke up with me due to me just not being there for her neither emotionally nor physically. (Did she take responsibility for her own actions as well? Or just blame you for eevrything?)I admit that I wasnt. She got into a 3 month relationship right after breaking up with me where we kept In contact occasionally and even had sex a few times. (This tells me she may not wanted the relationship or closeness, but didn't want to stay away because of her constant to feel loved from others) To make a long story short we ended up getting back together about 4 months ago but didnt know about this other guy until after we got back together.she says that she was just with him to try and get over me and used him as a distraction. (I wouldn't ignore what she said because its coming across as a red flag to me. She could have stay single for awhile, but chose to get external validation and love from another person. She essentially used him as an object) When I found out about him I ended it but she cried and begged for days (This is protest behavior right here. She felt her abandonment issues taking over, lost empathy for how you felt and became focus on how she feels) stating that she loves me and realized that she cannot live without me. (I would be very careful when someone tells you 'I can't live without you" because they are basically projecting unmet needs and a fantasy on you, so after some time you will see how their behavior will be different) Im having a really hard time with this. I cannot get over the fact that she was able to into a relationship with someone so quickly and I didnt find out about it until after we got back together.(I can see why this would bother you, but she was single and had every right to be someone) She said she never told me because she was afraid that I would leave her forever. (Now we are seeing someone who fears abandonment and theres a chance she has anxiety as well. The way she said all of this is of someone who is already projecting unmet needs on you. Her past took over here...) Would you stick around?
@freshLight64, what's the word,rebound. Some people go out with others on rebound,to forget about the one they broke up with.cuz they don't think they'll be back with the one they broke up with
