Tough break up

I had been doing so well. Getting over this break up has been tough. I'm not interested in any other women. I just don't know what to do with myself. It's like I don't have the kids anymore. evertime we make arrangements for me to get the kids she doesn't follow through. She wants to talk about the break up. When I don't speak with her I get better and then when I speak with her it ruins my element. What can I do ?

have you told her how you feel ..........that you are slowly getting better .......
her trying to bring it up all the time ..........is not good for either of you....
you should be able to see your kids and not having to be worked up by her IMO.
