What do I do?

My ex boyfriend and I had a rocky start (long story short he was married at first but ended it to be with me) we had plans to move in together (he just bought a house) but we started arguing more than we ever have. He told me that some of my flaws were making it hard to continue a relationship with me. These flaws are a result of a complex (sometimes toxic) relationship with my parents. I've told him that I will change once I'm out of my house and living with him but he says he doesn't believe I can change and broke up with me. I don't think the break up was fair. How do I show him that not only do I want to change but will change.

Pleasing someone is tough and have a high chance of being ignored.

Hi, why do you have to change youself, why can't he perceive you as you are. The thing is, he probably doesn't want to take responsobility for you, what her saying now is< you have to change youself and then we ll be together>, he doesn't want you while you bring him troubles, he want you be perfect, but exuse me, nobody perfect, we all alive we might do mistakes, we say some not good words, we might be sick sometimes, none of us an angel. I strongly believe a man has to take responsibility for his woman, without any exuses, like I'm not dealing with you while you in trouble, a loving man says don't worry baby, I'll take care of it.
